The Art Nest Gallery

I’m amazed and thrilled to say that of the two etchings i entered into The Arts Nest ‘Open Prinmaking Exhibition’, that my colourful abstract ‘Tomatoes’ Print won joint Best in show. As i am new to printmaking, i feel really, really chuffed!

I’ve loved my new foray into printmaking down in Cornwall. And i’d like to thank John Howard for giving me some expert tutoring as well as my partner Will White for helping me during the printing process. There was quite a lot of time spent lining up the two colour plates and lots of careful holding/feeding the paper through the press. Definitely a two person job, thank you for your help!
