I’ll be taking part in a group show next year at Parndon Mill in Essex, examining the intriguing notion of ‘Nothingness’.

The Exhibition titled ‘Nothingness’ will be five artists: Hideki Arichi, Jo Howe, Alex McIntyre, Will White and myself responding to notions of ‘Nothingness’ – philosophically, scientifically and existentially.

Inspired by a BBC R4 discussion programme  ‘Start the week’, in which a professor of astronomy, an editor of the New Scientist, a theatre director and an avant-garde actor discuss the idea of nothingness.

Hideki is a painter and printmaker.
Jo is a book artist.
Alex is a painter and sculptor.
Will is a painter and printmaker.
I’m really excited to see how each artist will respond to the theme and looking forward to making some new work myself. More details will follow later next year.
